The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. My room was very clean and nice! The hotel gave me treats when I arrived. Unlimited still and sparkling water refills were also available.
The reception area is really small. It barely fits one person. There was no fridge in my room. I also noticed that drug dealers approached people outside the hotel.

i had such a wonderful time. the staff helped so much. they held our bags since we came early. the rooms was super clean and clean, i must say.
the hotel say the room was 'noise proof' but it wasn't. i heard noise from above and below. it was also a little busy and touristy. i didn't feel much local character.

The location was advantageous. Many attractions were within easy walking distance. Staff provided excellent recommendations and directions. The on-site cafe was very convenient. The bed provided substantial comfort.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a noticeable inconvenience. Only suites appear to have this amenity. This limitation affected my ability to store some personal items properly.
